As with most young people in IT my love of computers spawned from a love for video games. During my younger years I would spend hours trying to install mods on my favorite games and attempting to bypass the child block on my parents WIFI.

In September 2020 I joined the BIT-NET program at Carleton University. The BIT-NET program offers a wide variety of courses pertaining to information technology with a focus on network technology. Through a partnership with Algonquin College the BIT-NET program is able to offer a wide variety of hands-on learning.

Since starting the program, I have had the opportunity to work for Shared Services Canada, administering secret infrastructure that allows for the secure access and manipulation of classified material. I have also worked for Nokia, on a 3LS support team for their Network Services Platform software. Most recently I have return to SSC as a full employee.
